Requirements

Products should be in perfect condition.
For hygiene purposes, panties cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, except when genuine quality issues have been identified.
For returns and exchanges, shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the products.
In the unlikely event of a product defect or a quality issue, we will reimburse you for the cost of the return shipping fees.

Returns:

For a withdrawal of your purchase, you have 30 days (1 month) to return the product. Please follow the instructions in the Return and Exchange Form. The total amount of the returned item(s) will be credited within the next 8 - 10 business days to the card used for the original transaction.
